Isuzu D-Max Named Company Car & Van Pick-Up of The Year 2023

ISUZU D-MAX NAMED COMPANY CAR & VAN PICK-UP OF THE YEAR 2023

The experts at Company Car & Van have named the Isuzu D-Max as the Pick-up of the Year for 2023. Since winning the award last year, the Isuzu D-Max has upheld its technological prowess and class-leading safety systems, providing the specialist magazine with an obvious two-time winner. The award was recently presented to Isuzu UK Managing Director William Brown at the company’s headquarters in Solihull, near Birmingham.

Now in its thirteenth year, Company Car and Van is a motoring magazine and website specifically aimed at the managers of small to medium fleets of less than 100 units and company directors who, along with their employees, have the scope to make their own purchasing decisions & directly influence the make-up of their company’s vehicle fleet.

Andrew Walker, Editor and Publisher of Company Car & Van, said: “The Isuzu D-Max is our pick-up of the year and for a good reason. It features class-leading safety, on-trend tech, and a comfortable passenger experience, and it does what a pick-up is supposed to do. Furthermore, it’s available in myriad conversions that are hard to beat and in a range of single, extended and double cab models to suit all customer needs.”

William Brown, Managing Director, Isuzu UK commented on receiving the award: “We are thrilled to be kicking off 2023 by accepting this award for the second year in a row. The experts at Company Car & Van have recognised not only the Isuzu D-Max’s wide and continuously growing customer base but also the industry-leading safety features which are standard across the Isuzu pick-up range. Thanks to the variety of specifications, from the Utility workhorse to the premium V-Cross, our vehicles appeal to both the commercial and passenger markets.”

The Isuzu D-Max range caters for every need and is available in single, extended or double-cab body styles. The business-aimed Utility specification features wipe-clean vinyl floor covering, hard-wearing cloth upholstery, automatic headlights & windscreen wipers. The DL20 specification adds items such as heated front seats, rear parking sensors and 18-inch silver alloy wheels.

Moving towards the All-Purpose and Adventure models, the DL40 features even more SUV-like specifications, such as a keyless entry & push-button start system, dual-zone climate control, leather interior and a reversing camera, along with a 7-inch multimedia system that includes Apple CarPlay & Android Auto compatibility. The range is topped by the best-selling V-Cross model, adding a 9-inch multimedia system, an eight-speaker sound system, and distinctive gun-metal grey exterior styling elements.
