  • Managing the Branch sales team to achieve company turnover and profit expectations.

  • Weekly sales and branch review with the General Manager.

Experience and Attributes

  • Similar experience in a current or recent role or transferable skills
  • Strong commercial/sales acumen.
  • Sound Agricultural Machinery Dealership experience preferred.
  • Good industry knowledge – Agriculture & Farming.
  • Have experience managing teams of salespeople
  • Excellent customer management skills to build long-lasting relationships
  • Meet individual sales targets by maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Focus and drive to continuously improve
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Professional and personable
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
