Description

Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for agricultural machinery? We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory. Your keen eye for opportunities will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business prospects. Showcase our premium products and services to prospective customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored product solutions. Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to achieve individual and group sales targets. Maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities to further enhance customer satisfaction. Your dedication to excellence will shine as you provide regular sales reports to your line-manager, making a significant impact on our sales success.

Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
  • Identify business opportunities within your territory
  • Present our premium products and services to prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets
  • Maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Regularly report on your sales results to your line-manager

  • Working Hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • The requirement to work Saturday mornings and additional hours for Harvest/Shows
  • Competitive salary: OTE of up to £60,000 (dependant on sales experience)
