Experienced Area Sales Manager

Super exciting sales role available to join a successful and growing business. The position available is a field-based role in Kent. Reporting directly to Nunzio Rio our Sales & Operations Director, you will be required to visit all customers in your assigned territory to promote both our business and the premium brands we represent in a positive manner.

We are looking for someone with machinery/vehicle sales experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry to join our team.

  • The first point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
  • Identify business opportunities within your territory
  • Present our premium products and services to prospective customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets
  • Maximising upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Regularly report on your sales results to your line-manager
  • Influencing skills with the ability and confidence to convert enquiries to sales
  • Excellent customer management skills to build long lasting relationships
  • Focus and drive to continuously improve

Job Benefits
  • Working Hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • The requirement to work Saturday mornings and additional hours for Harvest/Shows
