What is your role at Crawfords?
A: Parts Department Supervisor
What do you enjoy about working at Crawfords?
A: There are numerous things that I enjoy. Working as a team, with a family feel. We have a helpful team that enjoys seeing other people’s personal development as well as seeing the business grow and succeed.
What is your favourite part about your role?
A: There is always something new to do, a new challenge. When you are asked to source unique parts, I enjoy the problem-solving aspect, knowing you have helped the team and customers. I also enjoy the fast-paced environment during harvest.
What do you enjoy about working in this industry?
A: In the agricultural industry, there are many unique people, it’s always changing and moving forwards. As the business grows, we now work with different industry sectors.
How do you unwind?
A: Watching F1, watching football, Playing football and going to the Gym.
